Our foundation

Kingdom Health Now was founded by Keena Alexander-Lagard, an ICF-accredited coach and senior leader with over 19 years of experience in leadership, change, and complex organizational environments across U.S. and European contexts.

The practice draws on deep experience in:

• Decision-making under pressure

• Organizational change and execution

• Coaching leaders operating at scale

 

While Kingdom Health Now is currently led by Keena, the work is intentionally structured to support collaboration with additional consultants, facilitators, and peer networks as the practice grows.
