Integrated Leadership Lab

A 12-week program for
Kingdom executives.

A cohort-based leadership intensive that closes the gap between potential and lasting impact — grounded in neuroscience, covenant faith, and proven executive practice.

Program Overview

A structured path from clarity to consistent execution.

The Integrated Leadership Lab is Kingdom Health Now's flagship group coaching experience. Over twelve intensive weeks, participants work through a proven framework for self-leadership, organizational influence, and faith-integrated strategy. Each cohort is limited in size to preserve depth, accountability, and transformative peer learning — the kind that only happens when high-caliber leaders sit in the same room.

Four phases. One integrated leader.

Clarity

Leaders establish a grounded sense of identity, purpose, and directional vision. We dismantle the cognitive noise that keeps capable executives circling the same decisions.

Communication

Participants develop the language and presence to move people — not just inform them. Authority in communication is built, not borrowed, and this phase makes it structural.

Execution

Vision without traction is not leadership — it is aspiration. This phase installs the systems, rhythms, and accountability structures that turn decisions into daily discipline.

Integration

Faith, work, and leadership converge into a coherent whole. Graduates leave with a personal leadership philosophy that sustains performance without sacrificing wholeness.

Who It Is For

Built for two kinds of Kingdom leader.

Corporate Executives

  • Senior leaders managing complex organizational systems who need a framework that honors both performance and purpose
  • Executives navigating transitions — new roles, expanded scope, or seasons of strategic pivot
  • High-performers who feel the cost of operating with their faith compartmentalized from their work
  • Leaders who have achieved measurable results but sense a gap between their output and their deeper impact

Ministry & Faith Leaders

  • Pastors, ministry directors, and organizational leaders who lead with spiritual authority but want stronger operational clarity
  • Faith leaders scaling their mission and needing executive-grade systems to match their vision
  • Those who lead teams, oversee programs, or carry organizational accountability in a Kingdom context
  • Leaders ready to invest in their own development with the same intention they invest in those they lead
Program Outcomes

What graduates leave with.

  1. A defined leadership identity rooted in faith, values, and evidence-based self-understanding — not borrowed frameworks or organizational titles.

  2. Precision in communication — the ability to speak with authority, adapt across contexts, and move organizations from conversation to commitment.

  3. Execution infrastructure — personal and organizational rhythms that turn vision into measurable traction without burning the leader out.

  4. A cohort network of peers at comparable levels — the kind of relationships that hold you accountable and call you higher long after the program ends.

  5. An integrated leadership philosophy — a written, personal framework that unifies faith, work, and strategy into one coherent way of leading.

  6. A Certificate of Completion from Kingdom Health Now's Integrated Leadership Lab, recognizing demonstrated commitment to whole-leader development.
